The brand had a strong visual identity but lacked a defined motion language. Every animation required a custom approach, making production slower and communication inconsistent, especially when simplifying complex healthcare information.

I began by studying burnN's communication system and audience before establishing motion principles that could scale across different formats. The system included typography animation, character movement, transitions, reusable templates, and educational storytelling designed to communicate clinical information with clarity.
